ISETIA enables secure document sharing with both internal system users and external users who do not have an ISETIA license.

You can share documents with external users using time-limited access, allowing them to receive an email with a download link. This ensures that the files remain securely stored on your server, rather than being sent directly, providing an extra layer of security.

The system supports sharing large files, with sizes of 2GB, 4GB, or even more, depending on your corporate requirements. Internal users will receive notifications either via email or directly within ISETIA, and you can track when the document was shared, to whom, and when the recipient accessed and opened it.
